  1. How to Create an Account?

 

  1. Register by clicking “My Account” on the menu bar.
  2. Type a valid email address on the registration panel.
  3. A default password will be sent to your email address shortly after. Don’t forget to check your spam folder as well.
  4. You will then be redirected to your account’s page where you can use the default password sent through your email to create a new password.
  5. To create a new password, click Change Password on My Account and type in the necessary details, including the default password sent to your email address.

 

  1. Creating an Account Upon Checkout
  2. Proceed to checkout once you are done adding items to your shopping cart.
  3. You will then be redirected to the Payment page. At the bottom of the personal information, you can click on the Create Account. It will create an account based on the email address you have provided.
  4. Click Place Order.
  5. Check your email inbox to see the default password provided for your account. Don’t forget to look for the default password sent to your email address on the spam folder as well.
  6. Finally, on the My Account page, click Change Password and type in the necessary details, including the default password sent to your email address.

 

  1. How to Login on My Account?
  2. Click “My Account” on the menu bar.
  3. Login using your email address and password.

 

III. How Can I Reset My AirPods?

If you experience any of the following with your ordered AirPods:

  • the earphone does not pop up on the screen;
  • both sides are beeping;
  • indicating lights are on; and/or
  • not charging

Please reset your AirPods as indicated below:

  1. Disconnect Bluetooth on your device.
  2. Take out the left earbud and leave the right earbud in the charging chamber then press the “Home” button for 6 to 8 seconds. When the right earbud appears long bright, take it out of the charging chamber.
  3. Do the same thing with the other earbud.

 

  1. When Will I Receive My Order?
  2. Order processing takes 3-5 days.
  3. Your order’s tracking number will be available within the next 7-10 days; 7-15 days for Promotional Bags.
  4. Delivery period may take 7-15 days. However, the actual delivery time frame remains dependent on the availability of flights for shipping couriers. You can check the progress of your order using the tracking number provided.
